Jupyter book unexpectedly scrolls to top or bottom

Unfortunately I can only give a very vague description of the problem, as I have not been able to reproduce the issue. Sometimes, when changing back into the tab of the Jupyter file, the view automatically and rapidly scrolls all the way up or down. It happens both when returning to PyCharm from another Windows window and from other files opened in PyCharm.

I have both autoscroll-buttons activated, if that information is of any use.

 

Any idea how this behaviour is induced?
