WebStorm bunded with PyCharm
This Full-stack Web Development page for PyCharm statis WebStorm is bunded. I have a license for WebStorm, and evaluating PyCharm. It would make sense to pay for just one if it bundles the other.
My question is - are the features of WebStorm added to the IDE, so when I launch PyCharm I effectively have both, or WebStorm is another IDE hiding somewhere waiting to be launched? `c:\Program Files\JetBrains\PyCharm 2020.1.1\bin` does not have it.
Settings/Languages and Frameworks does have TypeScript, JavaScript and Node.js, alongside Python frameworks like Google App Engine or Flask. Noew Project has Angular CLI or React App. So my guess is it is the common IDE. Just wanted to make sure. Please confirm.

Yes, this is correct. No additional lunches required. Please see details here https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/web-frameworks.html
