IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2 Documentation download for offline access
Answered
Greetings all,
I work in a facility with no internet access on the network that we develop on using IntelliJ IDEA. All of the Help menu items related to "help" simply try to open a web page, consequently we have no access to IntelliJ IDEA help whatsoever while working.
This is also true for any of the windows which have a '?' circle button in them -- clicking it just tries to open a web page we cannot reach.
Is there any way to download the documentation as a .zip file so it is available when no internet is available? That would be a huge help for us.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Just instal IntelliJ IDEA Help plug-in for the complete offline documentation that can be used directly from the IDE.
Hi Serge,
That sounds very promising! Can we download that plugin for install into IntelliJ in our offline environment? Where we run IntelliJ, we have no internet access.
Yes, you can download it at https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/10260-intellij-idea-help and install from file.
