Webstorm diff tool - exclude folder

Hi,

Currently I would like to diff 2 folder from the same project and see the differencies in it. Unfortunately one folder has node_modules the other has not.

I would like to exclude the node_modules folder to compare. On the manual of IntelliJ there is an exclude folder option, but in webstorm there isn't.

How can I achive the same functionality in Webstorm?
