Convert pycharm license to Clion

Hi I have an existing Pycharm license paid for the year. Is it possible to convert it to a Clion license? Thanks

Hi, a PyCharm licence cannot be switched to CLion. If the PyCharm licence has been recently purchased or renewed, we may be able to cancel and refund it. Please contact sales@jetbrains.com with the licence ID and we'll get it checked for you.
