Build Completed with 1 error, error m empty

As title suggests,

I'm importing clean project into IntelliJ (Spring boot project) and when trying to run it I get:

Build completed with 1 error and 0 warnings in 6 ms

Error message is null

It started happening for this project after recent update (2019.3.5)
