Fold/un fold a specific region by code (from a plugin)

I would like to fold code regions by "name" from my plugin

do you have something like :
- foldingManager.foldRegion("myregion");
- foldingManager.unFoldRegion("myregion");

Nb : I just want to fold / unfold the regions by name, not get or set the content
