I cannot build an artifact

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Step: Create new JavaFX project

2. Step: Add the JavaFX lib folder to Libraries:

3. Step: Add this VM-Options:

--module-path \path\to\javafx\lib --add-modules=javafx.controls,javafx.fxml

4. Step: Build the artifact:

Error occurs:

Error:Java FX Packager: Can't build artifact - fx:deploy is not available in this JDK
