Project opening not working
I have the Project Opening se to open in new window, but every time PHPStorm will ask me where I want to open the new project.
This worked before in 2019 version, but keeps happening in 2020 version.
My current version is 2020.1.3 (latest).
Any ideas what could be the issue?

How exactly do you open the project? I tried using File | Open Recent and File | Open, both opened the project right away, without the dialog, on Windows 10, PhpStorm 2020.1.3.
I use terminal pstorm . command. I'm on MacOS Catalina 10.15.5
