Run IDEA with bundled plugins

How can I run the IDEA (intellij-community) locally with bundled plugins?
For example Markdown plugin.
I run IDEA:
Official IDEA has the Markdown plugin:
My local IDEA doesn't have the Markdown plugin:

We will add it as runtime dependency, so it'll work for IDE started from sources as well.
