Run information when error disappeared?

Hello,
i have the proble that in my run information window - all running-sheets are disapearing when i start a new program.
Is it possible to keep all running-sheets without deleting - i would prefer to do the deleting manually when i want?
Is this possible and when yes where is the option for this?
(i think not long ago - it was exactly like this in my environment - but i am not 100% sure...)

Please share the screenshots or a video of the issue.
After thinking over it - i can live very good with that.
When i want a running information to not get lost - i have to pin it before - so its ok for me when it is not per default pinned.
