On fullscreen, pressing alt once will partially show the menu at the top

This is something that has also bothered me. When 2020.2 came out, for a moment this issue didn't happen and it made me so happy, but then it started again. It now gave me the will to actually write a post about it asking if there is a way to prevent this from happening.

Can you see at the top part of the letters of the menu that appears when we push the cursor? It happens when I press Alt.
