Import .CSV File

Hi Everyone, 

I am unable to find how to import a CSV file to PyCharm. I have looked at eh PyCharm documentations of how to import .CSV or .TSV. 

Unfortunately, the steps that was recommended to import the file it does not exist on my PyCharm version.

Please let me if you have answer to my issue!
