Pycharm is stuck on connecting to console

I am using the latest pycharm version and windows 10. 

My python was installed using anaconda.

When I start my pycharm is stuck on connecting to console.

Do you mean "connecting to console" appears when you start PyCharm?
Or is it when you open the Python Console in PyCharm?
