Intellij preference does not show anymore after upgrade to 2020.2

I upgraded to Intellij 2020.2 on mac from Jetbrain tools.
I tried to open the preference (Intellij IDEA --> Preferences) and the perference window never show up.

I have tried restarted the intellij, restarted my machine still no preference window.

Anyone have the same issue? How to resolve this?

Can you please update all bundled plugins and disable custom ones?

If it does not help, please quit IntelliJ IDEA, clean logs folder, reproduce the issue and share the newly generated logs compressed after that.

Have you disabled custom plugins? I'd start with `Atlassian Clover for IDEA`. 

Share the same log if all plugins are disabled, but the issue is still here.

Thanks.
I disabled the clover and restarted but that didn't work.
I deleted the clover plugin manually and restarted and it worked.
