Restarting Console doesn't seem to work

Restarting console takes really a long time and typically it doesn't restart so I need to close Pycharm and start it again. This seems to be start happening after the recent update/s. Cannot tell what's wrong, I'm using Anaconda 3 interpreter. Thanks

Could you report it to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY and attach your idea.log (Help | Show Log in...) after reproducing the problem?
Was a ticket created? I am also experiencing this problem.

I do not remember to be honest.
May I ask you to create one anyway? We'll look into that.
Please attach the idea.log to that ticket and a screenshot showing the error(s), if you see any.
