No, i never change Color scheme, the plugin is https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/14799-atom-one-theme
I upgrading theme but color not updated, fixed it by delete .config/JetBrains/PyCharm2020.2/colors/_@user_Atom One Dark.icls .
Probably PyCharm saving custom color scheme when changing scheme font
