Add editor tabs grouping by Scopes

Hi!

I think will be very useful if you add opportunity for grouping editor tabs by Scopes (Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> Scopes).

I added File colours by my Scopes, but is't enough for fast navigation when you have many opened tabs.
