PyCharm - Tabs Scroll When Scrolling Jupyter Preview Pane

Apologies if this is in the wrong place. Please let me know where it should go.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Jupyter notebook in PyCharm, with sufficient steps to fill up more than a page in the preview pane.

2. Open other tabs so that there are enough tabs to stretch beyond one line's worth of tabs.

3. Scroll down in the preview pane. Tab pane scrolls towards the beginning.

4. Scroll up in the preview pane. Tab pane scrolls towards the end.
