How Do I Get Local Changes Back?

So forever IDEA has had the local changes on the VCS tool window in a tab.

I just noticed that there is now a "Commit" tool window on the left hand side in the latest EAP.

How do I get the Local Changes tab back?

I don't want 2 separate tool windows for version control.

I especially dont want one on the bottom and one on the left which obscures the Project view!
