when I try to run new file like conditions.txt its running the code of main.py . What to do? And I am coding in Windows 10

You can't run a text file.
The run button runs the last run configuration you used. Use a context menu or a shortcut for running the file you need https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/running-applications.html
