Why PyCharm ignores "attribute" tag in docstrings?

I checked reST, Epy, Google and NumPy styled docstrings and in every one of them "attribute" (in according forms)are ignored. "Params" and "Args" works everywhere, but "attributes" just ignored

Regrettably, it is not supported , please vote for the feature request https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-16760 in order to increase its priority.
