Upgrade to IntelliJ Community 2020.2.3 and JetBrains Mono no longer works

Restarted, checked AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\apps\IDEA-C\ch-0\202.7660.26\jbr\lib\fonts and it's there. I even installed it into Windows and no luck. I haven't seen a problem with any other fonts.

Have you tried to disable Consolas 16 in color scheme as suggested in the warning on your screenshot?
Yep, I had to change it to Consolas so I wasn't seeing a non-monospace font. FYI, Jetbrains Mono originally appears in the font list dropdown (because when the IDE loads it's configured to as such), but as soon as I change it it no longer appears in the dropdown list. So I presume the font itself is failing to load.
Also, if it isn't obvious, you can see the font displayed in the sample text window is some sans-serif font like Arial, not JetBrains Mono.
