"Find in Path" dialog outside of IDE and not able to view the dialog header

I am on IDEA 2020.2 now. I was originally on IDEA 2020.1 earlier and ran upgrade in a hope that my problem will get resolved. The "Find in Path" dialog header is outsidde the view and since the header is not visible I am not able to drag it anywhere anymore.

Try deleting .idea/workspace.xml file from the project when IDE is not running. Does it occur only in this project or in all the projects?
