Can IntelliJ idea using for journal?

Halo my name is Dwi and currently study in communication science,and now I am using Intellij Idea license for student,I need to write a journal about social network analysis Twitter using python and gephi in Intellij Idea or Pycharm,Is it okay to use Intellij Idea for collecting data from Twitter for journal that will published in my college(my college has national reputation for our journal)?Cause I have the student license or am I need to buy the commercial license?.I confused about permission using IntelliJ for journal.Thanks

Your student licence can only be used for educational purposes. For any other purposes, including the one you have contacted us about, you would need to have either a personal or commercial licence.
So it can't for journal education?,how about the community edition?can I use it for that purpose?
Hi Dwi, re-reading your initial comment, if the writing of the journal forms part of your course work, the student licence would be ok to use. If it's a separate project to your course work, the personal version, including the free community edition should be used.
Its for only educational purpose only cause to achieve a Bachelor Degree in my Major I need write a journal about Social network and I need to use Pycharm for collecting data.Thanks for your Help have a nice day :)
