Error installing numpy in Pycharm
I am not able to install numpy here in pycharm. I reinstalled both python and pycharm and still the problem is present. I have attached screenshot for clarity. Please HELP!!!!

There is a hint in the error output about Build tools for Visual Studio , have you tried to install it?
I updated my python to 3.9 and this error shows ..... previously while installing python 3.8 i faced same error but somehow i solved it(dont remember how) but without installing visual studio...
