Shelve/Apply Patch say no changes

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble applying a patch (or unshelving changes).

IntelliJ says that there are no changes (when I can clearing see that there are).

 

But there are clearly differences. I can see them when I look at the patch file:

and the source:

I am using IntelliJ 2018.2.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Would the file tree appear if you wait for a while?

Yes, I believe so. I manually pulled and merged the changes yesterday, but I ran into it again today and yes, it appeared after a while.
