Recent Projects from taskbar.

In windows many application give the possibility of doing different activity by right clicking on their icon in the taskbar.

For example with Chrome you can launch an incognito window, or open recent closed tabs. With the file explorer you can open frequently used folders etc..

What about open the, for example, 5 last opened projects?
