Keyboard shortcut for text entry in find dialog
Answered
In "Find in Path" dialog after going to "File mask:" with alt+k, what is shortcut to go back to text to find (alt+f in legacy dialog)?
While we're at it, can you please bring legacy dialog back hidden by registry entry like it used to be? I still find new dialog worse than previous one.

Have you tried to press `Alt + K` once again?

It looks like this popup was completely removed from our platform https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/commit/2c053bc3464e99d60598468eda83ac01c198fe83 .
Feel free to raise a new issue at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA if you feel that the current implementation makes your workflow less comfortable. We will consider your suggestions.

Not sure I follow, that disables File mask again, while I do want file mask. I just want to go back to text entry after I've added file mask.
It seems there is no way to do that, unfortunately. Please see the related issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-171156.
As a workaround, you can press `Tab` twice.
Thanks for link. So it's yet another usability issue known for few years which is Jetbrains' convoluted way of saying "won't fix" like they couldn't be honest about it.
