Intellij IDEA Ultimate flickering

Hello,
I reinstalled Intellij, and I noticed that I have a flickering of all the IDE (see video) and that every 30s ... So pretty boring when I develop because it cuts everything.
I have already done the research on the internet, several said to change the anti-aliasing on GreyScale but that absolutely does not change ...
I have the latest IDE update and the latest graphics drivers.

What is the version of IntelliJ IDEA and JetBrains Runtime?
Does it help to disable custom plugins?
Try to change the JBR to 1.8.0_112 as a troubleshooting step. does it make any influence? See https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085
If all the above does not help, please quit IntelliJ IDEA, clean logs folder, reproduce the issue and share the newly generated logs compressed after that.
So there, I would not understand ... I restarted my computer and the problem stopped ...
