search/find files broken
I'm using ctrl + shift + N to search files, abc.html matches anything in abc dir. It looks the extension is not used as the needle for searching. I also wondered if there is a way to do an exact match because abc now matches abce or eabc, which is sometime useful but sometime not so useful. I've got the latest 2020.3 version installed.

Unfortunately, there is no way to control this behaviour. Out of curiosity, I have also scanned any related built-in Registry option but was not able to find anything relevant.
