Intelli J Idea not opening in window 7 32 bit

Hey I am using my laptop on window 7 32 bit and I downloaded the intelli j Idea it was running freely and after a Vacation of 1 month my IntelliJdea is not openning

How do you start it and what exactly happens? Any errors you see? Check also in the Windows Even Viewer on subject of any errors/warnings at time you start the IDE.
Also try starting it from OS command line by running idea.bat, located inside bin directory of the IDE installation, see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011901879 and examine the output in terminal.
Actually I am a Child and on vacation due to lockdown in covid19 pandemic I decided to go through java and I downloaded IntelliJdea after a month Our family get infected by covid 19 we have to go to hospital and when I came back to my house , I opened my laptop and found that IntelliJdea is not openning nor it is showing any error . I have tried to reinstall it it again behaving like it is dead , no action in my task manager ...............
