Different keymap for right ctrl and left ctrl

I want to bind right ctrl and left ctrl to different actions.

For example: 
[right ctrl] + f => Move cursor right
[left ctrl] + f => Find

Is there a way for it with Intellij IDEA?

There is no such ability.
