Text cursor acting up
So I accidently pressed a key combination and my cursor turned into a block. I know to press INS to turn that off (which I did) however my text cursor (while like | ) still acts the same way.
How do would I fix this?

Are you using IdeaVIM? Please also check if the Use block caret is enabled in Settings | Editor | General | Appearance
No I havent got IdeaVIM installed and yes block caret is enabled http://i.nucker.me/ZbNlU.png

Disable the Use block caret :)
But that puts the block mode on
haven't got what you mean, sorry; the cursor doesn't turn into a block if Use block caret is off
