How can I change the appearance of the display screen?

This is how my display look (I'm really a beginner in Python and PyCharm as well). I really wanted to make this red area more shorter (or just remove it from the screen), and put the Tool Windows Bar on the right side of the screen.

Hi, that line is probably a visual guide for hard wrapping. You can configure it in **Preferences | Editor | Code Style**
Also, you can move any tool window almost anywhere

You can change the interface font size in Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance and the editor font size in Settings/Preferences | Editor | Font
