vertical indent highlight on click

Hello! I'm looking for some help with vertical indent. What I'm trying to do: 
1) First screen default state:

2) click inside COMPLETE: 

brackets are highlighted now

3) click on VERTICAL INDENT 

vertical indent highlighted now. 

The question: is where a way to highlight BRACKETS and INDENT just on CLICK INSIDE the METHOD (complete for ex.)?
