Problem with idea_rt jar

Hello, I need some help I want to exclude idea_rt jar from my classpath, I have huge problem becouse I count sum of my all jar from cp, first time when I build my app through maven and second when I start app and my sums are different and therefor app dont start. Any ideas ? If it is possible I dont want turn off this function, I just want to exclude this jar from my cp.
