Intellij Totally doesn't start up

Hi everybody,
I tried to startup Intellij the other day and it just doesn't startup and I don't know how to fix it, tried everything from reinstalling java and intellij to just restarting my computer nothing works I get no error messages nothing no logo pop up.

Hi. Are there any error messages when you start IDEA from the command line? Are there anything relevant in logs?

Hi, no I don't see anything in the logs the file "IdealC2020.3 is empty only thing in there is "Portlock" which I cannot open. Thank you for helping!
@MrGaryL What OS are you using? Does it help if you temporarily disable antivirus?
I think you mean Windows 10 and If i do it still doesn't work

Are there any files at c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps? Are there any java_error_in*.log files in the user's home directory?
Start IDE from via the idea.bat file (located in IDE installation directory) in the OS terminal and examine the output (see How to start IDE from the command line). What do you see?
