Intellij cannot view any file content

I have a issue when i view the file contents in intellij. you can see the below pic. if i double clicked any file in left side proejct, the right side windows just didn't show anything. this is so weird. I already tried delete and reinstall intellij, but it doesn't work. I used the Mac

Deleting the Plugins directory: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/tuning-the-ide.html#plugins-directory should help.
