"Find a file" not finding literally anything anymore?

I've been using PHPStorm for years and never had any issues.

I'm now suddenly not able to find ANY files when I press Ctrl-Shift-N (Find a file). This has been working flawlessly until today so I'm very confused. I've checked the filters are all ticked, checked the directories aren't excluded, but it's just not picking anything up anymore.

If I go to the "All" tab, I can find a few things, but all the javascript files aren't being displayed when I search.

I just don't understand how this has all suddenly broken. Any ideas?

This is using PhpStorm 2021.1

Fixed this now, for anyone else having this issue, go to "File" -> "Invalidate Caches". At least that's what fixed it for me.
