How to choose suggestion before next dot?

Just like the picture below, if I press TAB, IDEA will auto complete the whole sentence.
Is there a way to only choose the word before next dot?
Like I input "datas", and I can choose "datascource", and then I can choose the subordinate function/package etc.
Now I can only input the whole long word and then find what I need which is really disturbing.
