Is it possible to specify a fixed width for the project tool window?
The title says it. Currently it seems to dynamically adjust based on how I open the editor (half screen, full screen, etc). Is there a way to make the project window on the left always be fixed width, in pixels?

Please let me know if the steps to reproduce the issue below are correct.
1. Open the project and set project tool window to certain size
2. Resize the IDE to half-sized window
3. Reopen the project, notice the project tool window has resized automatically.
This is what you want to prevent, right?
