The unchecked "Allow parallel run" is not working with Shell Script

I try to run a PowerShell.ps1 script on Shell Script and the "Allow parallel run" is disabled and still appears many instanced of if on Terminal.

If I use the PowerShell configuration, it's works, but I don't see any colors on the console.
