I graduated from high school and entered university. I tried to apply using my university email, but I got this message ‘You already have a JetBrains Educational Pack. Please check your JetBrains Account.’ and the renewal won't go through. What should I do?

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student, your student email address
and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.

Check your JetBrains Account first to see which email has the Educational Pack. If it's tied to your old school email, contact JetBrains Support with both your old and university email addresses. They can help transfer or renew your student license after verifying your enrollment.
