If you are the student of this school, please enroll to GitHub Student Developer Program at https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application. After being verified as a student with GitHub, please wait for 72 hours until all benefits become available and then apply for JetBrains educational subscription with your GitHub account (GitHub tab) at https://www.jetbrains.com/academy/student-pack/#students
Alternatively, you can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card via your JetBrains account. In the meantime, please use trial versions of the IDEs you need.
You can be verified as a student on GitHub and ISIC websites providing your official documents without getting your student email address.
