Cannot reactivate Student License after deleting and recreating account

Hi there,
I'm having trouble reactivating my Student License and I'm not sure how to fix this.
Recently, I deleted my old JetBrains account and created a new one using the same student email (19521602@gm.uit.edu.vn). When I tried to re-apply for my Student License, the system showed a message saying that this email address was recently used to submit an application, so I can't complete the process. I'm quite stuck right now.

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student, a screenshot of your GitHub profile with email addresses verified by GitHub and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2026/2027 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
After getting this information and your supporting document we'll be able to continue our investigation and find out what was going wrong. According to our records, your student email address was used in 2022 for the last time.
