Problem typing in terminal

Answered

I am in the process of moving from Ant to Gradle.  I left the Ant plugin installed but ran into a problem.  I used terminal and wanted to type
‘gradlew.bat :dep’, however, when I got to the ‘l’ Idea jumped the cursor to my editor. It took me a long time going through posts and the keymap settings until I found a setting for Ant for ‘l’ or Alt-l.  Removing the Ant plugin removed the issue.

Just thought people should be aware.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your experience. If you still need to keep Ant installed, you can try disabling or reassigning the conflicting Ant shortcut. You can also try enabling Settings | Tools | Terminal | Override IDE shortcuts. As an other possibility, you can check if “l”  is assigned to the Move Focus to the Editor box.

Again, we appreciate for sharing this. Feel free tor each out to us if you have any questions.
