Student Pack Confirmation Email Not Received (GitHub Pack Active)

Hello JetBrains Support,

I am a 13-year-old student in 8th grade. I successfully applied for the JetBrains Student Pack using my GitHub Student Developer Pack. The system says it sent a parent/guardian consent email, but neither my parents nor I are receiving it, even after trying multiple email addresses.

My registered email is a67586669@gmail.com. Can you please manually verify my student status and activate my PyCharm Professional license? I have my GitHub Pack active.
