Can't Copy/Paste Files in the Project Window

I used to be able to copy/paste files in the project window (usually to move or duplicate files), and haven't been able to for a while now. I suspect its just a conflicting plugin or something, since it would have been fixed by now if it were a widespread issue. But I have no idea how to track this down.

What IDE version and OS do you use? Are there any modifications to the keymap settings? Does the issue occur with the default settings (File | Manage IDE Settings | Restore Default Settings...: https://i.imgur.com/kbrkC7w.png).
If the issue persists, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=IDEA with the logs attached (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data).
