red lines under the functions with remote server interpeter

I am working with remote server, and the code is running fine, but the compiler shows a red line under all the functions.
so what is the problem?

I also get this issue sometimes using remote intepreters - even going into the interpreter options and forcing it to display the remote packages doesn't fix it (the 'missing' packages are there). I've noticed it does this on my Apple Silicon Mac but not my Windows computer.
